Honestly, you don’t need them yet. I know you want to use them but chill. You’re better off without them at first. Before you touch any weights you need to learn how to listen to your body. Learn how to activate your muscles and turn them on. You do this by practicing mindfulness and intentionally creating tension in your muscles. Targeting them first with your mind.
